About the course

 The course intends offering a tool guiding the learning of a technical vocabulary, as well as the correct pronunciation of such vocabulary.

 Offer a tool guiding the learning of a technical vocabulary, as well as the correct pronunciation of such vocabulary.   

  Specific objective

 Provide the bases of French language pronunciation, and some basic grammar rules for the French cuisine specialized environment, including the work environment.  


Target audience

Gastronomy students and/or graduated persons.
