About the course

The course addresses women's health biological and functional context in three advanced themes associated with Dermato-functional Physical Therapy and Woman’s Health: obstetric situations, gynecological and urogynecological dysfunctions, and Mastology dysfunctions. This content is articulated with female aesthetics, focusing on techniques, resources, and procedures the physical therapist employs for human embellishment.

Dermato-functional physical therapy and woman’s health is an emerging field; both regarding the labor market, which is significantly expanding, and the need of a specialized professional to treat several dysfunctions.

Technological advances enable the discovery and development of new procedures that provide better results for female aesthetics, as well as regarding promoting, preventing, and rehabilitating women’s health-related dysfunctions.
